Good{will outlet} Friday #3, Park Place

If you have haven't spent any time out doors this week-go- now!

Walk, run, read, whatever you're planning to do; do it outside.  This outfit (entirely from the Goodwill Outlet Center)  kept me warm at the park by following the secret rule of comfortable spring fashion: layers.  Nothing says 'happy' like polka dots. This adorable red sleeveless dress was made for an afternoon in the sun.  Breezy little dresses like this look cute on everyone.  If you have a sundress that just can't wait until summer to be worn, break it out now with tights or leggings and a sweater.

A button up sweater works well in any season: over t-shirts, tank tops- even swimsuits.  Sweaters make up a good percentage of clothing in the bins at the Outlet Center.

I loved this one just the way I found it, but you could easily alter a sweater by cutting down the front and adding a zipper, heavy buttons, or a set of hook & eyes.

Boots are another great winter-to-spring accessory. I'm freezing cold most of the time, so I love leggings and leg warmers with boots.  These leg warmers are actually a pair of very thick knee high black socks scrunched down.  If you are looking for a fun purse, the Outlet Center has a great selection of those.  Mine is leather with a woven front panel.
